Q: Do you offer free quotes?
A: Yes, every quote is free, fixed before we start, and there is no obligation to go ahead.
Q: Do you supply and fit the flooring, or just fit it?
A: Both. We can supply the flooring as part of your quote, or fit flooring you have already bought yourself.
Q: What is the difference between Amtico and Karndean?
A: Both are premium British luxury vinyl brands with excellent ranges. We will bring samples of each so you can compare finishes and prices before deciding what suits the room and your budget.
Q: Do you take away my old flooring?
A: Yes, lifting and disposing of your existing flooring is included in the quote.
Q: Do you do floor and wall tiling as well?
A: Yes. We take on floors and walls together, so a kitchen or bathroom can be done start to finish by one team.
Q: Which areas do you cover?
A: We cover Bognor Regis and the surrounding West Sussex area, including Pagham, Aldwick, Felpham and further afield. If you are not sure whether we cover your area, just ask.
Q: How long does a typical job take?
A: It depends on the room and the flooring, but most single-room jobs are completed within a day. We will give you a clear timescale as part of
your quote.
Q: Do you move furniture before fitting?
A: Yes, we move furniture as part of the job and put it back afterwards. Just let us know about anything particularly heavy or delicate in advance.
Q: Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
A: We can be flexible around your working week for measuring up and quoting. Get in touch and we will find a time that works.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A:We can talk through payment options when we provide your quote.
